Forum Structure
Information
Information is the first main category. It contains this forum you're looking at now: the Introduction. All the main information pertaining to the 2022 AGM will be posted in this forum. It's mainly for reading purposes.
The second forum is the AGM Schedule. It will hold all information about sessions in a text-based format. Please read carefully, the session descriptions might contain information about how to comment / discuss aspects about the session in particular.
The third forum is the "Ask the Organisers", which is a whole forum dedicated to finding help. Please remember - one topic per thread. Anyone seeking assistance should start their own new thread, or see if someone else already posed the same question. Once a question was answered, we will lock the thread (and thus mark it as done).
AGM Interaction
This category is designed to contain all the interaction ongoing that usually happens at an AGM. There is a section to post your icebreakers. Remember to give a heartfelt welcome to all the new members of 2022.
Then there is a forum dedicated to the Elections. There you will find all the candidate profiles. Each will have its own thread, and allow for responses from you so you can ask your questions to that candidate directly and openly. The forum furthermore contains information on how to vote and an option to ask the NEC your questions about the election process directly.
The AGM Session-related discussion will contain all the topics adhering to sessions of the AGM Schedule that requires your input. Check this forum often and provide as much input as you can and as is appropriate.
The GYA current discussions can contain all other discussion about matters that the GYA should be aware of or active in.
Pillars of the GYA
This category contains all forums about what one might call the most important fields the GYA works in / through. One forum is dedicated to the Working Groups (and other activities), one for Committees and one for NYAs.
Off Topic
This section contains all topics that we are coining as off-topic in the greater context of the AGM. This is a forum that can be used for informal chatter (post about your favourite pets, food or what not).
